SEU Accomplished NAT for All Students and Staff at JLH Campus
On the morning of July 21, SEU Working Team of COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention and Control held an emergency meeting at Jiulonghu Campus in response to the latest pandemic situation in Nanjing to arrange and implement the updated prevention and control efforts. The Announcement of SEU Working Team on COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention and Control was released; meanwhile, SEU has troubleshooted the residence history of all faculties, students, and employees, and arranged all faculties, students and employees at Jiulonghu Campus for NAT.
On the same day, 15 professional testers and 9 staff designated by the Administrative Committee of Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone arrived at SEU Jiulonghu Campus. Medical staff working at the school hospital, "Chunhui Party Member" volunteers from the school's departments, counselors from all colleges and departments, security staff from Security Office, and the logistics support staff from the General Affairs Office have been in place in succession, to conduct on-campus NAT at three points, Taoyuan, Meiyuan, and Juyuan respectively.
Under the organization of all colleges, departments and offices, on-campus faculties, students, and staff came to the sampling points in batches, wearing mask all the way. Under the guidance of the working staff, a group of 10 members entered the sampling area in turn for personal information registration and confirmation, and then sampling collection. During collection, thanks to the medical staff's careful operation and active coordination of all faculties, students and staff, the sampling proceeded in an orderly manner.
At nightfall, the Administrative Committee of Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone designated another 12 professional testers and 7 staff in two batches for assistance. On-campus medical staff gradually got engaged in the front line of NAT and sampling to speed up the process in an orderly manner. Thanks to the efforts of all the staff, SEU, unswervingly upholding the principle of "all members due tested without one missing", accomplished NAT for about 16,000 faculties, students, and employees at Jiulonghu Campus within 10 hours on July 21.
