However, The prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic has come to a critical stage now that calls more than ever for each and every one's action and participation. To contain the epidemic and to wish you health and happiness, we have prepared you guidelines of COVID-19 prevention.

Protect yourself outdoors
Wherever you go, the first thing you need to do is to:
Get your health code ready for check;
Get prepared with enough anti-epidemic supplies.

1.Wear a mask and prepare the rinse-free disinfectant;
2.Keep your social distance while sitting.

1.Wear a mask and keep the bus ventilated;
2.Take a break at the rest area every two hours.

2.Disinfect and ventilate the car 10 minutes ahead;

Protect yourself indoors
Even if you stay indoors, remember to strengthen the measures of household protection as follows:

Take measures for personal protection
Prepare thermometers, masks, and household disinfectants;
Do not share towels;
Hang your clothes and quilts under the sun;
After using the mask, put it in a ventilated dry place;
When discarding a mask, please fold it up and put it in a plastic bag;
Wash your hands frequently;
Keep your home clean and disinfect it regularly;
Open the window for ventilation three times a day, 20-30minutes each time.

Keep good habits
Make sure you have balanced nutrition and healthy diet:
Please purchase your food from proper grocery stores;
Separate cutting boards and knives for raw and cooked food;
Foods should be fully heated before eating.
Moderate exercise and adequate rest:
After daily learning, remember to take short breaks;
Take some spare time for exercising and make it a daily routine;
Early to bed and early to rise is the best.
