All told, Librarian of Congress James H. It’s good to see the Library of Congress act in this manner. انه من الجيد ان نرى مكتبة الكونغرس في العمل بهذه الطريقة. Not only will citizens benefit because of the wider fair use doctrine, but I expect the new ruling on cell phones to foster creativity and open up new opportunities for entrepreneurs. لن تفيد المواطنين ونظرا للاستخدام على نطاق اوسع عادلة المذهب ، ولكن أتوقع ان الحكم الجديد على الخليوي ومن أجل تعزيز القدرة الابداعيه وتتيح فرصا جديدة لأصحاب المشاريع.
