Brooke Capps, 212-210-0706, has been named an agency reporter at Advertising Age. She was previously an editorial assistant. Capps joined the magazine in 2003. Prior to that, she worked for a book publisher. Advertising Age is published to inform communications, advertising and marketing professionals of worldwide developments in the industry. Coverage includes media and public relations updates, account standings and developments, print and broadcast reviews and analysis of past and current communications trends.

CNBC has introduced Power & Money, a new series of segments dedicated to hedge and private equity funds. The Power & Money segments will air throughout the day on CNBC’s business shows, including Squawk Box, Power Lunch, Closing Bell and On The Money. CNBC is a network cable channel offering in-depth and breaking news coverage on politics, business, finance and entertainment. Programming includes live, ongoing coverage of daily stock market activity, breaking business news and interviews with top business analysts and executives.

Senior writer Betsy Morris has announced she is exiting Fortune magazine to join Conde Nast Portfolio, which is expected to launch in April 2007. Morris covered marketing, economic and large company trends and how they impacted or were impacted by consumers’ dominant social and cultural values. Prior to her tenure at Fortune, Morris spent 14 years with The Wall Street Journal as a writer and a bureau chief. She will continue to be based in Atlanta when she joins Portfolio.
